Operational strategies

There are two operational strategies for "expanding the field of study at fertility and infertility services":

One: Strategy S1: "Promoting Basic Fertility and Infertility Research"

Two: S2 Strategy: "Promoting Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary Research"

S1 Strategy "Promoting Basic Research on Fertility and Infertility", including the following projects:

A- Strengthening / launching a research laboratory for basic fertility and infertility research

B- Acquiring the necessary training and skills in conducting basic fertility and infertility research

C- Attracting research faculty

D- Strengthening the scientific relationship and exchange of professors and students with reputable national and international research centers in the field of basic fertility and infertility research

E- Design and implementation of basic research

C- Increasing joint research projects with other research centers

- Attracting researchers to implement using the facilities of the center

- Increasing the information capability of related human resource

- Promoting internal and external organizational participation in the field of research, infertility by concluding memorandums with other centers.

There are two operational strategies for "expanding scientific communication at the national and international levels at fertility and infertility services":

One: S3 Strategy "Expanding National and International Scientific Communication"

Two: S4 Strategy "Expanding Provincial, National and International Executive Communications"

Expanding national and international scientific relations ", including the following projects:

A- Strengthening / launching a national and international scientific relations unit and an expert

B- Upgrading the website of the center

B- Strengthening / transforming the website of the research center with international function

C- Membership in related international organizations and associations

D- Preparing a database of professors, researchers, and national and international research centers

E- Exchange of memorandums on scientific cooperation and exchange of professors and students with international organizations and reputable national and international research centers in the field of related research

C- Publishing scientific articles in cooperation with international centers

G- Promoting the publication of scientific articles of the scientific members of the center in prestigious international journals

I- Training students of different fields in the field of research

S4 Strategy "Expansion of Provincial, National and International Executive Communications", includes the following projects:

A- Establishing regular and systematic scientific communication with the executive institutions of the country and the province

B- Strengthening / launching the network of "Fertility and Infertility Research Centers" in the country

C- Preparing to turn knowledge into policy and executive instructions

D- Answering the scientific and executive questions of the people and officials

S8 strategy "Management of knowledge and experience within the organization", including the following projects:

A- Creating a system for documenting the experiences of researchers and research experts

B- Holding meetings of the club journal

C- Reviewing and reviewing research reports inside and outside the center

D- Holding interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary training and explanatory sessions inside and outside the center

E-Publishing a paper / electronic internal scientific journal

C- Launching a scientific journal

Organizational capital:

Obtaining a code of ethics for conducting clinical projects

Instructions and forms of clinical trial

• Ethics guidelines and regulations in medical research

• Articles of Association

• University policies and rules

• Macro policies of the Ministry

The strengths of the organization in implementing the operational strategies of the center

"The strengths of the organization in implementing the project to promote basic research on fertility and infertility":

• Existence of required types of specializations

• Financial support of the research deputy of the centers

• Proper cooperation of medical records units of hospitals

The strengths of the organization in promoting multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary research

• Existence of systematic and regular communication with other research centers

• Financial support of the research deputy of the centers

• Improving the motivation of researchers

• Existence of young and active management

The strengths of the organization in expanding scientific communication at the national and international levels in fertility and infertility services

• Comprehensive support of the President of the University

• Achieving a joint research base with similar research centers in the southern basin

• Existence of communication facilities for researchers

• Motivation of the center to upgrade the center

The strengths of the organization in expanding provincial, national, and international executive relations

S1: Existence of capable faculty members

S2: Appropriate communication with the Vice Chancellor for Research, Hozmozgan University of Medical Sciences

S3: Concluding a memorandum of understanding with research centers within the university and establishing joint research projects

S4: Launching the website of the Research Center and keeping the site up to date

S5: Access to system researchers

S6: Holding monthly meetings with the members of the center

S7: Existence of a library with various and up-to-date specialized books

S8: Existence of active research and educational councils

S9: Existence of suitable physical space

S10: Setting up an IVF center at the university

Weaknesses -w

W1: Lack of facilities and laboratory equipment of the center

W2: Disproportion of financial resources to needs

W3: Absence of some faculty members in regular sessions due to educational and medical activities

W4: Lack of communication with international research centers

W5: Shortage of full-time faculty members

W6: Low number of specialized human resource

W7: Insufficient motivation for human resource

W8: Weakness in attracting credit from sources outside the university

W9: Weak communication with the pharmaceutical industry and related medical equipment

Opportunities - O

O1: Increase research credits

O2: Existence of domestic and international research centers and conferences to transfer experiences

O3: Increased demand for infertility services

O4: Existence of a suitable platform for staff training

O5: The possibility of using inter-university cooperation with different universities of medical sciences in the country
